MAXI ROACH™ are proud to be the suppliers to Hylas Yachts. They have chosen MAXI ROACH™ main and genoa for their 46, 54 and the new 64 which is to be launched soon.

The Hylas 54 with the MAXI ROACH™ Main and Genoa in wind speed of 10 to 15 knots has reached speeds of 9.5 knots. In 20-30 knots of wind we have had speeds of 13 knots. That’s a considerable positive difference to a set of standard sails.

Last year the Wauquiez Pilot Saloon 43 was the first to have in-mast furling system fitted. The specification for the sails was MAXI ROACH™ main, MAXI ROACH™ self tacking stay sail together with a light weather Genoa.

Since then we have done several more 43’s together with 40’s, 55s and a 48.
